We base our estimates on: the length of your raw footage, final video length, complexity of edits needed, and number of graphics/effects required. After you submit your project details, we'll provide a detailed estimate before starting work.
We honor our quotes. If we underestimate, that's on us. If scope changes (you add more footage, request significant changes to direction), we'll discuss additional hours with you first. No surprise charges.
After the first draft, you can request as many changes as needed until you're happy. Color tweaks, timing adjustments, different music - all included. Major direction changes (completely re-editing from scratch) may require additional hours.
We accept files via Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Frame.io, or any cloud storage. For large files (50GB+), we'll provide an upload link to our server. We support all common video formats.

Yes! For clients with ongoing needs, we offer:
10+ hours/month: 10% discount ($67.50/hr)
20+ hours/month: 15% discount ($63.75/hr)
40+ hours/month: 20% discount ($60/hr)
